Jaspal Sagoo

Jaspal Sagoo is a Partner at Artha IP, where he leads the firm’s public sector investment initiatives with a focus on government contracting and strategic partnerships. He brings over three decades of federal service experience, including a distinguished tenure as Chief Technology Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where he led enterprise-wide IT strategy and technology modernization efforts.

Joining the CDC in 1989, Jaspal held numerous technical leadership roles, including Senior Network Engineer and CTO of the National Center for HIV, STD, and TB Prevention. His expertise spans telecommunications, software engineering, cloud and high-performance computing, and public health informatics—particularly within mission-critical and emergency response environments.

In addition to his work at Artha, Jaspal teaches information systems at Georgia State University and advises organizations on IT governance and digital transformation in the public sector.
